Shipping policy 


Your order will be sent with a variety of shipping companies to ensure the best delivery for you, orders will be sent with track & trace. 


Delivery times: 


The average delivery time in the Netherlands is 1-2 days, within the EU it takes about 3-5 working days.  


We ship outside of the EU, we advise you to contact us directly at hello@thezoestudio.com to check extra shipping costs & delivery time. Shipping outside EU may be a subject of the custom duties, which will be paid by the customer.


Please be aware that if any items shipped are rejected and returned to ZOE studio (if the recipient rejects the parcel or the delivery address entered at checkout incorrect or the address is a parcel forwarding service or there is no one to accept the package) we are unable to refund original shipping charges, customs charges or any return/rejection charges incurred by the ZOE Studio.

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy


You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Your item should be in the same condition that you received it. 


Please e-mail us requesting the return hello@thezoestudio.com or via the contact form, providing your order number, item/s you are returning and a reason for the return & we will provide you with the return address and instructions.


Return of the product which is still under pre-order or production 


You have 14 days after payment to cancel your order.

Do you want to order a different size?

Exchange

Please place a new order for the correct style and size. If you have further queries, please contact at hello@thezoestudio.com.

 

As our production is based on the pre-order system we are carrying limited stock. If the item is out of stock at the moment, the item can be exchanged for another one in about 4 weeks time (we will inform you about the estimated time after the newly placed order). We will make sure to deliver the new item to you as soon as possible, you don’t need to wait for the next production drop.


Please note before commencing a return

  • ZOE studio will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used.

  • Customs duties are not refundable.

  • We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.

  • Should you return an item that is worn, with signs of damage then you are not entitled to a refund.

  • Please ensure any strong perfume scents are not transferred onto the product when trying on the items.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item or it’s damaged during transportation. We will evaluate the issue and will replace it. 


Refunds
Refunds do not include return shipping & custom duties


Refund processing times
Once your return has been received and inspected we will notify you by e-mail and we will process the refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to clear your account. Please mind that the exact timing depends on the financial institution/bank to process the refund.


Money is refunded via the same method as the purchase. If the product is paid with ZOE studio gift certificate, you will receive your amount back to the gift certificate.
