What legal basis allows ZOE Studio to process your data?


Zoe Studio processes your personal data based on Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, which is given by you with your consent, and legitimate interest to provide and offer you services in the best of its ability. 


At any moment you can contact the Company and change your preferences. This decision will not affect the legitimate basis of processing before the moment you change your choices. 


  1. What data is collected?


The Company collects personal data, such as, but not limited to, name, email, address, payment information, which is given by you in order to process your order. 


In addition, usage data is collected, such as identifying, and non-identifying browsing information, which is necessary to improve the Companies’ website tools and services to you. 


Lastly, the Company collects marketing and social media data as a commercial interest in order to offer you and inform you about other offers and services from the Company, via direct marketing, newsletters and social media marketing. 


You have at all time the possibility to unsubscribe from the Companies marketing services as soon as you do not have any further interest in being updated on these offers, or you wish to change your preferences, upon which you won’t be contacted anymore. 


  1. How does Zoe Studio collect your data?


Zoe Studio collects your data via the relationship it establishes with you, for example via the service you order on the website, possible customer surveys and feedback forms at the end of a service, via email communication you have with the Company, and video surveillance, by applicable law and necessity to provide the Companies services, safety and protection to you. 


The data you publish on social media, and made public, might be collected for marketing purposes by the Company. 


Zoe Studio also collects your data via online services, such as website registration or cookies you leave behind, on the basis of applicable law and necessity to provide services.


Zoe Studio may collect data about you that is provided by Third Parties on the basis of applicable law and necessity to provide services. However, it must be noted that the Company does not transfer, commercially or otherwise, your data to Third Parties. 


  1. How long does ZOE Studio store your data?

With regards to European data protection legislation and Dutch taxation laws, Zoe Studio will only store your data that is necessary for tax-related purposes of the Company, such as your name, email, and type of service that is provided to you, for no longer than five years. Other data, after the services have ended, will be erased as soon as the services have ended, or when you have requested Zoe Studio to erase your data. 


Once your data is removed it cannot be retrieved unless you provide it again to Zoe Studio for reasons as stated in section 3 of this policy.

ZOE Studio does not sell or transfer your data internationally.  


However, the domain of Zoe Studio, https://thezoestudio.com/ may be subject to the infrastructure of the Third Party. Zoe Studio refers to the privacy policy of the domain for more information. 

Marketing


ZOE Studio does not share collected data to Third-Party partners for marketing purposes or otherwise. 


However, ZOE Studio does use Third-Party vendors to provide you the best service to its ability, such as payment services. When directed to another hosting location of a Third-Party vendor, you are advised to read the privacy policy of these partners. The Company has no control over the policies of these parties. 


What are your data protection rights?

The right to access

You have the right to request the Company copies regarding your personal data, as to whether or not personal data about you is being processed, including but not limited, the purposes of the processing, the categories of the data concerned, the recipient(s) to whom the data have been or will be disclosed, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored.

You have the right to request the Company to rectify personal data or restrict the processing of personal data concerning any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request to complete information that you believe is incomplete or incorrect.
